The Client Assessment & Documentation course provides an overview of the importance of common practices to ensure that a practitioner is documenting all treatment sessions in an organized approach. The importance of documenting a client's progress and continually reassessing during each session is emphasized. The course will cover the proper way of handling confidential information to ensure compliance.

This course will allow you to become familiar with the proper and professional way to approach the sometimes scary subject of assessments and documentation. This course will provide you with a strong foundation of knowledge that will allow you to become a better massage therapist or bodyworker for your clients.
